A man was injured in a San Diego bicycle collision that took place on April 14, 2010 before 6 a.m. The accident happened in the 2700 block of Kurtz Street in San Diego.
A female bicyclist collided with a sedan on April 17, 2010 in the UTC area of San Diego, just east of La Jolla and the University of California at San Diego. The 24-year old woman was cycling on Genesee Avenue at La Jolla Village Drive near Westfield University Towne Centre at 11:50 a.m. when she was hit by a 2004 Infiniti sedan. The bicyclist suffered major head injuries and was taken to the hospital. The injuries are said to be not life threatening. However, whenever one suffers a blow to their head, it is possible that they have suffered a traumatic brain injury and should watch closely.
